Wiza reveals emails and phone numbers from its own data, verified when you ask, one LinkedIn profile at a time.
Since 19 August 2026 it no longer exports Sales Navigator searches or lists; lists now come from Wiza Prospect, its own database. Prospector sells no data. It puts the Clay tables your GTM engineer already built in every rep's hands, in Sales Navigator, on company sites and in the CRM record, for $45 per rep per month. If you are one seller or recruiter with no Clay, buy Wiza. If you run Clay and have a sales team, Clay plus Supered is the best way to prospect: GTM engineers build in Clay, reps never open Clay.
G2 on 2 October 2026: Wiza 4.5 out of 5 from 1,274 reviews; Supered 4.9 out of 5 from 81 reviews. HubSpot marketplace: Supered 5.0 from 122 reviews.
On 19 August 2026 Wiza posted this in its help center: "LinkedIn has tightened what third-party extensions can do on its platform. Wiza has updated its Chrome extension to match." The next line is the one that matters to a sales team: "Bulk export and multi-select are gone from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Recruiter search, list, and company pages." It "Applies to all accounts and plans." Profile actions moved into a side panel, and "Wiza does not read previews," so a rep opens each full profile. To build a list, Wiza now points users to Wiza Prospect, CSV upload or CRM import (help.wiza.co).
The prices did not change with it. On 2 October 2026 wiza.co/pricing lists Free at $0 (20 valid emails, 5 phone numbers). Billed annually, Email is $990 a year per user with unlimited email reveals and $0.35 per phone number, and Email + Phone is $1,990 a year with unlimited emails and phones; both carry "2,500 exports per month." Billed monthly, Starter is $49, Email $99 and Email + Phone $199, with overages of $0.15 an email and $0.35 a phone. The Team plan is "Custom pricing," "Billed annually," for "3+ users," and it is the plan that lists Wiza Prospect and API access. "Unlimited" runs under a published fair-use limit: "500 contact reveals in 24 hours" and "50 contact reveals in 5 minutes or less" (help.wiza.co).
The extension, "Wiza - Phone Number & Email Finder" on the Chrome Web Store, shows 100,000 users and 4.2 out of 5 from 140 ratings, version 0.3.57, updated 19 August 2026; its description still reads "Bulk export leads from searches." Wiza is also inside Clay: a Clay-built integration that joined on 30 October 2024, with five actions (work email, phone number, personal email, hashed personal email, professional profile), each run on "Clay Credits or Bring Your Own Account" (clay.com). We found no acquisition, funding round or rebrand this year.
| Wiza | Supered Prospector | |
|---|---|---|
| Job it is built for | One person reveals a verified email or phone for one LinkedIn profile or company at a time, then saves, exports or syncs it. Sales, recruiting and marketing all use it. | Clay in every rep's hands: the tables your GTM engineer built become a button reps press where they already prospect, and leaders see what each list produced. |
| Data source | Wiza's own data. Its homepage claims "850M+ contacts" and says "Wiza verifies contact data the moment you request it." | Clay's waterfall across 200+ providers, in the order your GTM engineer sets, on your own Clay account and credits. Wiza can be one step, on Clay credits or your own Wiza account. |
| Where reps use it | A Chrome side panel on full LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter profiles; Wiza Anywhere (beta) on supported company websites; the Wiza web app. | Inside the Supered Chrome extension: LinkedIn profiles, Sales Navigator, company websites, and HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive records. Reps never log into Clay. |
| Building a list | No export from Sales Navigator searches or lists since 19 August 2026. Lists come from Wiza Prospect, CSV upload or CRM import, and annual plans cap list exports at 2,500 a month. | In Sales Navigator, reps add leads to a prospect list and push the list to your Clay table. Any custom Clay workflow runs from Prospector. |
| CRM sync | Contact actions for HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and Attio, plus Zapier or Clay workflows. The CRM match check sits in the side panel. | One click to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, field mapping set once by Ops. Before the push, the rep sees the matching CRM record, who owns it, and whether the person was worked before. |
| Pricing model | Posted per user: Free, Email $990 a year, Email + Phone $1,990 a year, or $49, $99 and $199 monthly with overages. "Unlimited" under a cap of 500 reveals a day. | Published: $45 per rep per month, billed annually ($540 a rep a year), from 1 rep. Enrichment runs on the Clay credits you already buy. |
| Seats and contract | Individual plans monthly or annual. Three or more users means the Team plan: custom price, billed annually. | Annual, from a single seat, and you add reps one at a time. No free trial yet: it starts with a demo on your own Clay account. |
| What leaders see afterward | "Team analytics" on paid plans, with help articles on tracking team usage and setting credit limits per user. | Every list found, worked and closed, per rep, with closed outcomes Qualified, Recycled or Disqualified, and no duplicate work across reps. |
| Security | Trust center: SOC 2 Type 2 audit completed (posted 24 August 2026); GDPR and CCPA listed. | SOC 2 Type II and GDPR (Supered). |
| G2 | 4.5 out of 5 from 1,274 reviews. | Supered: 4.9 out of 5 from 81 reviews. Prospector is new and has no reviews of its own yet. |

How we graded: by the job, because the two products do different ones. Lane one is one seller or recruiter with no Clay who needs emails and phones from LinkedIn profiles. Lane two is a sales team on Clay that wants every rep running the tables. Weights in both lanes: contact coverage the person can reach (35%), where they work and the CRM sync (25%), what a leader sees about each list afterwards (20%), price and contract for the buyer in that lane (20%).
| Tool | Lane | Grade | Rank | Why it ranks here |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wiza | One seller or recruiter, no Clay | A | 1 | The flat annual plan is hard to argue with for one person: unlimited emails and phones up to 500 reveals a day for $1,990 a year, data checked when you ask, a free plan to test, and a side panel on every LinkedIn profile. |
| Apollo | One seller or recruiter, no Clay | B+ | 2 | Cheaper per seat from $49 a month billed annually, with list search and sequences built in, but credit-metered, so a heavy phone user watches the meter. |
| Supered Prospector | One seller or recruiter, no Clay | C | 3 | Out of scope: Prospector runs on Clay, brings no database of its own, and is built for sales teams, not recruiting. |
| Supered Prospector | Clay in every rep's hands | A | 1 | Built for this: your tables as a button in Sales Navigator, on company sites and in the CRM record, a CRM check before the push, found to closed per list, a published price per rep. |
| Wiza | Clay in every rep's hands | C | 2 | Its extension runs Wiza's data only and no longer builds lists from Sales Navigator. On Clay, Wiza does its best work as one step in your waterfall. |
For one person who lives on LinkedIn, Wiza is a good buy. Open a full profile, click the floating icon, and the side panel reveals a work email, a personal email or a phone number, which Wiza says it verifies "the moment you request it" instead of serving a stale record. The annual Email + Phone plan is $1,990 a year with no per-reveal math, inside a fair-use limit of 500 reveals a day. That is far above the 44 phone activities a day the Bridge Group's 2025 report found for the median SDR, so a single heavy caller will rarely touch the ceiling.
The reviews back it. On G2, Wiza holds 4.5 out of 5 from 1,274 reviews. Reviewers praise the speed and the extension, and one Chrome Web Store reviewer wrote in July 2026 that it "works naturally with my workflow when I already live in SalesNav." Wiza connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Attio, Outreach and Salesloft, and it completed a SOC 2 Type 2 audit this year. For a recruiter, a founder doing their own outbound or an agency seller, it starts in minutes and the bill is easy to predict.
The trade-offs are the ones its own pages and reviewers name. G2 reviewers point at the credit system, export limits and contacts the tool cannot find. Annual plans cap list exports at 2,500 a month. The biggest change is the August one: the job many teams bought Wiza for, exporting a Sales Navigator search or lead list, is gone for every plan, and lists now start in Wiza's own database. None of that makes Wiza a poor buy for one person. It makes it a narrower fit for a 20-rep team on Clay.
The question is rarely whether Wiza finds emails. It is where the team's lists come from now, and what happens to them after the reveal.
Prospector is the rep side of Clay, and it runs inside the Supered Chrome extension. Your GTM engineer builds the tables once, person enrichment, the buying committee for an account, the new-logo list for a campaign, and each becomes a flow a rep picks from a Push menu. A rep on a LinkedIn profile, a company's website or a HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive record presses one button, and your Clay table runs on your own Clay account. In Sales Navigator, reps add leads to a prospect list and push the list to a Clay table. Your logic stays yours: waterfalls, tiers, tags and sequence variables. The engineer stops being the list desk.
Before anything syncs, the rep sees whether the person already has a CRM record, who owns it, and whether they were prospected before, so two reps do not work the same buyer. One more click sends the contact to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive with the field mapping Ops set once. Reps never log into Clay and do not need a data seat of their own. The plays are the ones a sales team runs every week: research an account, new logos, expansion inside customers, job changers, and adding the economic buyer to a stalled deal before the forecast call.
Then the part a Wiza reveal does not show. A sales leader sees every list found, worked and closed, rep by rep, and every lead ends the way your process says: Qualified, Recycled or Disqualified. When a leader can see what the tables produced, the Clay budget grows. The full loop is on the sourcing use case, and the rep's view is on Prospector for reps.
Prospector costs $45 per rep per month, billed annually, which is $540 a rep a year and $5,400 a year for ten reps, and you can buy it for one rep. It runs on the Clay plan and credits you already pay for. There is no free trial yet. It starts with a demo on your own Clay account, and the details are on the Prospector page.
A demo on your own Clay account. Bring the table your reps ask for most often.
If you are one seller or recruiter with no Clay, Wiza is the best pick. If you run Clay and have a sales team, Prospector is the best pick: Clay plus Supered is the best way for a sales team to prospect, because GTM engineers build in Clay and reps never open it.
You do not have to give up Wiza's data. Clay runs Wiza as one step in the waterfall, on Clay credits or your own Wiza account, and Prospector puts that waterfall in front of every rep.
We sell one of the two products on this page, so weigh what follows. Every Wiza fact links to its source and carries the date we checked it, 2 October 2026, and where Wiza is the better buy we say so in the grades and the verdict. When Wiza changes its prices or its extension, this page changes with it.
Supered is the #1 sales enablement app on the HubSpot marketplace and a HubSpot Premier Tech Partner, with 6,000+ installs. It holds 5.0 from 122 reviews on the HubSpot marketplace and 4.9 out of 5 from 81 reviews on G2. Those reviews cover Supered as a whole. Prospector is the newest product and runs inside the Supered Chrome extension, so judge it in a demo on your own Clay account.
You do not have to drop Wiza on day one. The gentler path is to route it through Clay first, then decide when the plan renews.
The plan-by-plan math is on Wiza pricing, and the full August change, with what to use instead, is on Wiza alternatives.
If neither Wiza nor Clay plus Prospector fits, these are the names buyers put next to Wiza. Each has a full write-up on our site.
The full field, graded, is on Wiza alternatives. More head-to-heads: ZoomInfo, Cognism, LeadIQ, Seamless.AI and Exportly (Frontier).
For sales teams on Clay, yes. Prospector brings no database of its own: it runs your Clay tables, Clay's waterfall across 200+ providers, from Sales Navigator, LinkedIn profiles, company websites and HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive records, then syncs to the CRM in one click. For one seller or recruiter with no Clay, it is not a substitute; Wiza is the better buy.
No. Wiza's help center, updated 19 August 2026, says bulk export and multi-select "are gone from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Recruiter search, list, and company pages," for all accounts and plans. The extension still reveals contacts on one full profile at a time in a side panel. For lists, Wiza points users to Wiza Prospect, CSV upload or CRM import.
On 2 October 2026 Wiza lists Free at $0, Email at $990 a year and Email + Phone at $1,990 a year per user billed annually, or Starter $49, Email $99 and Email + Phone $199 a month, with a custom Team plan for 3 or more users. Annual plans are unlimited under a fair-use cap of 500 reveals a day. Prospector costs $45 per rep per month, billed annually, from 1 rep, and runs on the Clay plan and credits you already have.
Yes. Wiza has been a Clay-built integration since 30 October 2024, with actions to find a work email, a personal email or a phone number on Clay credits or your own Wiza account. Wiza becomes one step in your Clay waterfall, and Prospector puts that waterfall in front of every rep.
Prospector works within LinkedIn's terms and does not copy search results in bulk; the contact data comes from Clay's waterfall on the customer's Clay account. In Sales Navigator, reps add leads to a prospect list and push the list to a Clay table.
HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. Ops sets the field mapping once, reps sync in one click, and before they do, they see the matching CRM record and whether the person was worked before.
