What is your team's Execution Gap Score?

The Execution Gap Score measures how consistently your reps run the sales process you designed. Eight questions score definition, adherence, inspection, where guidance lives, manager capacity, enforcement, and AI readiness from 0 to 100, using the dimensions from The State of Sales Enablement 2026, a survey of 198 sales leaders.

In that research, 89% of revenue teams had a defined sales process. Only 36% saw reps follow it. Find out where your team sits in that 53-point gap, and which fix moves your score first.

What does the Execution Gap Score measure?

The score follows the research, dimension by dimension. Each question maps to a finding in The State of Sales Enablement 2026:

How is the score calculated?

Each question scores 0 to 3 points, from the weakest answer to the strongest, for a maximum of 24. The total converts to a score out of 100. The bands:

The score is a self-assessment built on the research dimensions. It is not a statistical prediction of your quota attainment, and it does not compare you with named companies.

What should you fix first?

Start with the lowest-scoring dimension that has the largest gap in the research. For most teams that order is inspection cadence first, then where guidance lives, then manager capacity. Inspection shows you where the process breaks; moving guidance into the CRM makes the fix stick without adding meetings. If you want a working tool for the weekly review, the sales pipeline tracker template includes stale-deal rules, and the MEDDPICC scorecard gives qualification a checkable standard.

Supered puts the process inside HubSpot and Salesforce, on the record where reps work, and shows managers whether each step ran. If your lowest scores are inspection and where guidance lives, that is the gap Supered is built for. Book a demo and bring your score.

FAQ

Questions about the score.

What is the Execution Gap Score?+

The Execution Gap Score is a free, 8-question self-assessment of how consistently a sales team runs its own process. It scores definition, adherence, inspection cadence and method, where guidance lives, manager capacity, enforcement, and AI readiness from 0 to 100, using the dimensions measured in The State of Sales Enablement 2026.

What is the sales execution gap?+

The sales execution gap is the distance between the process a team designed and what reps do on real deals. In The State of Sales Enablement 2026, a survey of 198 sales leaders, 89% of revenue teams had a defined sales process and only 36% saw reps follow it consistently, a 53-point gap.

How is the score calculated?+

Each of the 8 questions scores 0 to 3 points, for a maximum of 24. The total is converted to a 0 to 100 score. Scores of 85 and above read as gap closed, 65 to 84 as tightening, 40 to 64 as leaking, and under 40 as a wide gap. The lowest-scoring dimensions come back with a specific fix.

Is my score a prediction of quota attainment?+

No. The score is a self-assessment built on the dimensions the research measured, not a statistical model of your team. It points to where the largest gaps in the research sit, such as inspection frequency (a 6.3x quota gap) and where guidance lives (49% vs 15% quota attainment).

Do you collect my answers?+

No. Scoring runs in your browser and nothing is sent to Supered. There is no email gate. If you want to talk through the result, you can book a demo from the results panel.

How do you close the execution gap?+

Write the process as checkable behaviors, inspect every active deal weekly against it, move guidance out of docs and into the CRM where deals are worked, keep manager ratios at six reps or fewer or automate inspection, and add AI only on top of a process you already enforce.
