Wiza Pricing in 2026: All You Can Eat, One Plate at a Time

Wiza pricing checked October 2, 2026: $49 to $199 a month, $990 or $1,990 a year for Unlimited, the 500-a-day fair-use line, the 2,500 list-export cap, API credits at $0.025, and what the August Sales Navigator change did to the math.

Wiza pricing in 2026 is a free plan, three monthly plans at $49, $99 and $199 per user, two annual Unlimited plans at $990 and $1,990 per user a year, a custom Team plan for three or more users, and API credits at $0.025 each.

A restaurant with ALL YOU CAN EAT painted on the window is telling the truth. You may eat all you can. The house rules are printed smaller, on the back of the menu: one plate at a time, no more than so many trips in an hour, and the take-out boxes are counted at the door. A diner who reads the back of the menu does not feel cheated. The diner who feels cheated is the one who planned to feed the office from one ticket.

Wiza pricing in 2026 is a free plan, three monthly plans at $49, $99 and $199 per user, two annual Unlimited plans at $990 and $1,990 per user a year, a custom Team plan for three or more users, and API credits at $0.025 each (wiza.co/pricing and the Wiza help center, opened October 2, 2026). The word painted on the window is “Unlimited.” The back of the menu is three numbers: 500 reveals a day, 2,500 list rows a month, and, since August 19, no tray passed through from Sales Navigator at all.

The quick answer, three ways:

  • Wiza Email + Phone, $1,990 a year. One rep who works LinkedIn profile by profile, dials, and stays under 500 reveals a day. The annual plan is about 17% cheaper than paying monthly.
  • Wiza API credits, $50 to start. Anyone who can call an API and finds fewer than about 64 phones a working day: a phone costs $0.125 there, against $0.35 as a monthly-plan overage.
  • Supered Prospector, $540 a rep a year on your own Clay account. A team that already pays for Clay. Reps run the tables your GTM engineer built from where they already sell, and Wiza can still be one of the providers in the waterfall.

The table is the pricing page as it rendered today on both toggles. Wiza prints prices per user on every self-serve plan.

Wiza pricing plans on October 2, 2026: monthly Starter $49 with 100 emails and 100 phones, Email $99 with 500 emails, Email + Phone $199 with 500 emails and 500 phones, overages $0.15 an email and $0.35 a phone; annual Unlimited Email $990 a year and Email + Phone $1,990 a year with 2,500 list exports a month; Team plan custom for 3+ users
Two meters, one per billing cycle. Monthly plans count credits: $49 for 100 emails and 100 phones, $99 for 500 emails, $199 for 500 of each, then $0.15 an email and $0.35 a phone. Annual plans count list rows: $990 or $1,990 a year for unlimited reveals and 2,500 list exports a month.

The annual discount is the same on both plans. Twelve monthly payments cost $1,188 on Email and $2,388 on Email + Phone, against $990 and $1,990 a year: a saving of $198 and $398, 16.7% each. Wiza’s help center adds the two rules that decide the monthly choice. Remaining credits “do not roll over to the next month or year,” and credits reset on your billing date, not the calendar month (Wiza, How much does Wiza cost). Monthly plans can be paused for up to three months; annual plans cannot.

One rule runs in the buyer’s favor and deserves to be better known. Wiza charges only for valid emails, which it says are verified at “97% deliverability.” Risky emails, the ones it could not verify and estimates at 50 to 70% deliverability, are “completely free” and “will not impact your email credits” (Wiza, valid and risky). You pay for the plate you ate.

Wiza’s own pages describe the free plan three ways: “20 valid emails, 5 phone numbers” on the plan card, “25 free credits” on the sign-up button, and “25 free credits every month” on the Chrome Web Store listing. Twenty plus five is twenty-five, so the first two agree. Treat the free plan as a trial and the monthly wording as unconfirmed.

What does “unlimited” mean on Wiza’s annual plans?

Turn the menu over. Wiza’s annual plans lift the credit count, and three other limits take its place.

  • One plate at a time. “Wiza allows a maximum of 10 active reveals at one time per user” (Wiza, active reveals). An eleventh waits until one finishes.
  • Trips to the buffet. “500 contact reveals in 24 hours” and “50 contact reveals in 5 minutes or less,” limits that “apply to all unlimited accounts” and “cannot be modified.” Hit one and “you’ll need to wait until the next day” (Wiza, fair use).
  • Take-out boxes. Lists are counted separately. A Wiza Prospect list or a CSV upload spends one export credit for each person on it, “regardless of the verification process,” and annual plans carry “a hard cap of 2,500 export credits per month” (Wiza, plan limits). People you exported before are not charged again.
Wiza Unlimited drawn as a buffet's house rules: unlimited reveals one profile at a time, at most 10 reveals processing at once, 50 reveals in any five minutes and 500 in 24 hours, and list exports capped at 2,500 export credits a month per license, one credit per person on the list whether or not a contact is found
The back of the menu. Unlimited reveals, inside 10 at once, 50 in five minutes and 500 a day; lists capped at 2,500 export credits a month, one per person on the list, found or not.

None of this is hidden. Wiza wrote it down, and for one rep the line sits far away: 500 reveals across 250 working days is 125,000 a year, more than any one person will dial. The limits bite in two places. A manager who planned to share one login across a pod will hit 500 by lunch, which is the misuse Wiza says the rule exists to stop. And a team that builds lists in bulk lives on the take-out count, 30,000 rows a year per license, where a row with no email found still costs a box.

So the number that sizes an annual Wiza seat is the list count, divided by the month. At $1,990 a year and 30,000 list rows, a fully used Email + Phone seat costs about seven cents a row. Use half of it and the row costs fourteen.

What changed in August 2026, and what does it do to the price?

On August 19, 2026, Wiza changed what its extension does on LinkedIn. Its help center says it plainly: “LinkedIn has tightened what third-party extensions can do on its platform. Wiza has updated its Chrome extension to match.” Then the line that matters for price: “Bulk export and multi-select are gone from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Recruiter search, list, and company pages.” It applies “to all accounts and plans” (Wiza, extension changes).

What still works is the one-profile path. A rep opens a full profile (Wiza “does not read previews,” so a Sales Navigator preview pane shows a prompt instead), clicks the floating icon, and reveals, adds to a list or syncs to the CRM from a side panel. Lists now come from three places: Wiza Prospect, a CSV upload, or a CRM import.

Wiza before and after August 19, 2026: before, reps exported Sales Navigator searches, lead lists and account lists and Recruiter searches in bulk; after, bulk export and multi-select are gone for all plans, the extension works one full profile at a time in a side panel, and lists come from Wiza Prospect, a CSV upload or a CRM import, still capped at 2,500 export credits a month on annual plans
The window from the Sales Navigator dining room closed on August 19, 2026, for every plan. One full profile at a time still works; lists now come from Wiza Prospect, a CSV upload or a CRM import, against the same 2,500 export credits a month.

The change moves the price because it moves the source. The old cost stack was a Sales Navigator seat to find people plus a Wiza seat to export them; the third-party Wiza pricing guides ranking for this search still describe it that way, and ReachStream’s opens with “Wiza’s full functionality depends on having an active LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription” (ReachStream, opened October 2, 2026). After August 19, the 2,500 monthly export credits are spent on a different source: Wiza’s own database through Wiza Prospect, or a file you bring. A rep can still use Sales Navigator to choose people, one profile at a time. The bulk list now comes from Wiza’s search, and the pricing page names Wiza Prospect by name only on the Team plan card, while the help center points users on every plan to it. Ask Wiza which plan includes Prospect, in writing, before you sign.

Wiza’s own pages have not all caught up. The Chrome Web Store listing, updated the same day, still advertises “Bulk export leads from searches,” and a testimonial on the pricing page still praises “one-click export from LI Sales Nav.” The help article is the newest and the most specific, so we price from it. For the full picture of what LinkedIn allows, see our guides to exporting Sales Navigator leads and the Sales Navigator Chrome extension field.

What do Wiza credits cost one at a time?

Three prices for the same phone number sit on Wiza’s own pages, and they are far apart.

  • Monthly overage. $0.35 per contact with a phone, $0.15 per valid email, charged on a rolling basis until the plan renews (Wiza, overages).
  • API credits. $0.025 a credit, 5 credits per phone ($0.125) and 2 per email ($0.05), “only consumed when data is successfully revealed,” no API plan needed, a 2,000-credit minimum ($50), and the credits “do not expire” (Wiza, API credits).
  • Annual Unlimited. No per-reveal charge, $1,990 a year, inside the fair-use and export limits above.
The same Wiza phone number at three prices: $0.35 as a monthly-plan overage, $0.125 through API credits at 5 credits of $0.025, and no per-reveal charge on the $1,990 annual plan; the API costs 64% less per phone than the overage, and $1,990 buys 15,920 API phone enrichments, about 64 a working day
One phone, three prices. Overage $0.35; API $0.125 (5 x $0.025), 64% less; the email is $0.15 as overage and $0.05 by API (2 x $0.025); annual $1,990 with no per-reveal charge. The annual seat pays off over the API above about 15,920 phones a year, roughly 64 a working day.

The API phone is 64% cheaper than the overage phone, and the email is a third of the price. That gap is the most useful number on this page for a small buyer, and the top-ranking guides leave it out.

Now walk the break-even. $1,990 buys 15,920 API phone enrichments at $0.125, about 64 found phones a working day across 250 days. $990 buys 19,800 API emails at $0.05, about 79 a day. A rep below those lines pays less through the API, with credits that never expire. A rep above them, working the extension all day, gets more from the annual seat. The catch is that the API is a pipe, not a button: someone has to wire it to a sheet, a CRM or a Clay table, and Wiza’s own Clay guide runs to 30 steps (Wiza, Clay integration).

Why do teams leave Wiza?

Fair first. On G2, Wiza held a 4.5 out of 5 from 1,274 reviews on October 2, 2026 (G2, Wiza reviews), and reviewers praise the freshness of the data: “Unlike many databases that rely on older stored data, Wiza checks live data sources when you request a contact” (Philip S., G2, July 2026). Wiza publishes its price list and its limits, and our news check today found no acquisition, merger or rebrand. (Wiz, the security company Google bought, is a different firm.) The Chrome Web Store shows 100,000 users and a 4.2 from 140 ratings, below the “4.8 on Chrome Web Store” badge on Wiza’s pricing page.

The complaints cluster in three places, and each one is a buying criterion.

  • Entry price. “The entry price is kind of high if you are just starting” (Mariana G., G2, August 2026). The fix is the API or the Starter plan; the $1,990 seat is for full-time prospectors.
  • Credits on near misses. “The credit system can be a bit frustrating when a search returns contacts that don’t fully match” (Tyler S., G2, July 2026). On annual lists, every row costs an export credit whether it matched or not.
  • The export cap. “Export limit can sometimes be a challenge for us” (Christopher S., G2, January 2026). That was written before August, when the Sales Navigator route was still open.

The third complaint is the one a growing team feels, and it is why the rest of this page exists.

Why should you trust this breakdown?

We sell no contact data. Supered has no database of its own, on purpose, and Prospector runs on Clay, the only data provider we use. We have no stake in whether you buy Wiza, Apollo or RocketReach; our stake is in what your reps do with a contact once they have it.

Supered started inside RevPartners, the HubSpot partner I founded, which sold roughly twice as much Sales Hub as any other partner and reached HubSpot’s Elite tier in 13 months. On the HubSpot App Marketplace, Supered holds a 5.0 from 122 reviews, and on G2 a 4.9 out of 5 from 81 reviews, both checked October 1, 2026 (G2, Supered reviews). Each Wiza number on this page links to the Wiza page it came from, opened October 2, 2026.

Which Wiza plan, or which alternative, fits your team?

The grades use the same five weights as our RocketReach pricing breakdown: coverage of the contact you need (x3), delivery where the rep already works (x2), price structure for a mid-market team (x2), what happens to the contact after the reveal (x2), and bundled outreach (x1), out of 50. The weights serve one job, a team of five to fifty reps building its own lists. Flip the lens to “one rep, profile by profile, who dials” and Wiza’s annual seat climbs.

The decision, graded. Prospector 44 (A), Apollo 36 (A-), Wiza 26 (B), RocketReach 23 (B-) out of 50, with the weights stated above. Prospector’s coverage score is Clay’s waterfall, so it applies only to teams with a Clay account.

Wiza scores well on the freshness of what it returns and on its rule of charging nothing for risky emails. It loses points on delivery since August (one profile at a time, lists from its own search) and on what happens after the reveal: the side panel shows a CRM match and can add a person to a sequence, and then the contact leaves Wiza’s view. Apollo’s prices were re-read from its pricing data today (apollo.io/pricing); RocketReach’s come from its page as opened October 1, 2026.

What does Wiza cost for a team of ten?

Seat prices hide the number a manager signs. Ten reps on Wiza’s list prices for a year: Email + Phone annual $19,900, Email annual $9,900, Email + Phone monthly $23,880. Wiza’s Team plan starts at three users and is quoted, so expect a better number than $19,900 for ten and bring the list price to the call.

Annual list cost for a ten-rep team: Wiza Email + Phone monthly $23,880, Email + Phone annual $19,900, Email annual $9,900, RocketReach Pro $8,990, Apollo Basic $5,880, and Supered Prospector $5,400 on a Clay account the team already pays for or $11,340 including Clay Growth at $5,940
Ten reps, one year, list prices. Wiza: $23,880 monthly Email + Phone, $19,900 annual Email + Phone, $9,900 annual Email. RocketReach Pro $8,990, Apollo Basic $5,880. Prospector $5,400 on a Clay account you already pay for, or $11,340 with Clay Growth at $5,940. Team-plan quotes and discounts not applied.

Read the bottom of the chart in both directions. If you do not have Clay, Clay Growth plus Prospector for ten reps is $11,340, and Clay’s 72,000 data credits a year are a smaller pool than ten Wiza seats revealing all day; for one or two full-time dialers with no Clay account, Wiza’s annual seat is the simpler buy. If you already pay for Clay, the comparison is Prospector’s $540 a rep against Wiza’s $1,990, and the contacts come from every provider in the waterfall instead of one.

How does Supered Prospector compare to Wiza pricing?

Prospector does not bring its own database. It brings Clay’s waterfall, which is every database, routed. Clay’s homepage counts 200+ data and AI providers under one contract (clay.com, September 25, 2026), its waterfall asks one provider after another until one returns a verified email or phone, and its pricing page says “If an enrichment returns no result, you’re not charged Data Credits or Actions” (clay.com/pricing).

Go back to the restaurant. Wiza is a good buffet with one kitchen. Clay is a food hall: when one counter is out of what you ordered, the next counter cooks it, and you pay only for the plates that arrive. Wiza runs a counter there. Clay’s Wiza page lists its email, phone and profile lookups with “Clay Credits or Bring Your Own Account” on each one (Clay, Wiza integration), so a team that likes Wiza’s data can keep it as a step in the waterfall. What a food hall lacks is a waiter. Your GTM engineer built great tables in Clay, and reps still Slack them for every list. Prospector is the waiter: the table comes to the rep’s seat.

One kitchen versus a food hall: Wiza is a single kitchen with house rules, while Clay's waterfall across 200+ providers asks counter after counter, including Wiza on Clay credits or your own account, charges nothing for misses, and Supered Prospector brings the result to the rep on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, a company site or the CRM record
One kitchen and a food hall. Wiza can be one counter in Clay’s waterfall across 200+ providers, on Clay credits or your own Wiza account; Clay charges nothing for a miss; Prospector brings the result to the rep’s seat in HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.

Clay plus Supered is the best way for a sales team to prospect: GTM engineers build in Clay, reps never open Clay. Prospector runs inside the Supered Chrome extension, on your own Clay account.

  • The rep’s button. On a LinkedIn profile, a company’s website or a HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive record, the rep picks a flow from a Push menu, and the GTM engineer’s Clay table runs, then sends to the CRM and the sequence. In Sales Navigator, reps add leads to a prospect list and push the list to a Clay table.
  • Flows built once. The GTM engineer names the flows (person enrichment, the buying committee you defined, the new-logo campaign), and your logic stays yours: waterfalls, tiers, tags and sequence variables. Start from the Supered Clay template or bring your own tables.
  • No duplicate work. Before a push, the rep sees whether the person is already in the CRM, who owns them, and a flag when the prospect was already worked.
  • Found, worked, closed. Leaders see every list found, who is working their list and who is not, and how each lead ends: Qualified, Recycled or Disqualified. Your VP sees it too, and a VP who sees lists close is how the Clay budget grows.

On LinkedIn, Prospector works within LinkedIn’s terms and does not copy search results in bulk; the contact data comes from Clay’s waterfall on the customer’s Clay account. Prospector is $45 per rep per month, billed annually, from one user, on its own plan separate from Supered’s process products (Prospector, Supered pricing). Skip the extra seats. Get more out of the Clay you already pay for.

Choose something else if any of these is true:

  • No Clay account. Prospector needs one. One or two reps who dial all day are well served by a Wiza annual seat. If you want Clay and help building it, RevPartners, the company I founded, is a Clay Elite Studio Partner that builds the tables with you.
  • No table builder. Someone has to own the waterfall order and the flows. If the team has no one for that job, a single vendor with a published price is less work.
  • Outreach in the same seat. If you want data, a sequencer and a dialer from one vendor, Apollo’s pricing bundles them.

What we recommend

Three ways forward, and our view on each.

  • A light or occasional user. Skip the seat. Buy $50 of Wiza API credits, or Starter at $49 for a month, and pay $0.125 or less per phone instead of the $0.35 overage. Below about 64 found phones a working day, the annual seat costs more than the work.
  • One rep who dials all day. Buy Email + Phone annually at $1,990, not monthly at $2,388. Size it by the list count, 2,500 rows a month, and plan for lists from Wiza Prospect or a CSV, because the Sales Navigator export closed on August 19. Get Prospect’s plan in writing.
  • A team with Clay. Do not stack another per-seat database on top. Keep Wiza as a counter in the waterfall if you like its data, and put the tables in reps’ hands with Supered Prospector at $540 a rep a year. The sourcing use case shows the rep’s side, and our Clay Chrome extension guide shows what a rep-side layer on Clay should do.

The sign on the window was never the price. The back of the menu was. On Wiza, the back of the menu says 500 a day and 2,500 rows a month, and since August it no longer mentions Sales Navigator. Price those, then ask what happens to the contact after it lands in your CRM. Our Wiza alternatives page grades the field on that second question, and Wiza vs Apollo settles the most common head-to-head. Clay pricing does the arithmetic on the food hall itself.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Wiza cost in 2026?+
On wiza.co/pricing, opened October 2, 2026, monthly billing shows Starter at $49 per user (100 valid emails and 100 phone numbers a month), Email at $99 (500 emails) and Email + Phone at $199 (500 emails and 500 phones). Annual billing shows Email at $990 a year ($83 a month) and Email + Phone at $1,990 a year ($166 a month), both with unlimited reveals and 2,500 list exports a month. The Team plan is custom, billed annually, for three or more users. A free plan gives 20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers.
Is Wiza unlimited really unlimited?+
For reveals one profile at a time, yes, inside a fair-use limit Wiza says cannot be modified: 500 contact reveals in 24 hours, 50 in any five minutes, and 10 reveals processing at once. Lists are capped separately: each person in a Wiza Prospect list or a CSV upload uses one export credit, and annual plans include 2,500 export credits a month per license.
How do Wiza credits work?+
On monthly plans, 1 email credit buys 1 valid email and 1 phone credit buys 1 contact with a phone number. Credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over. Past the allowance Wiza charges $0.15 per valid email and $0.35 per contact with a phone. Risky emails, which Wiza could not verify, are free. API credits are separate: $0.025 each, 2 per email and 5 per phone, charged only when data is found, with a $50 minimum purchase and no expiry.
Can Wiza still export leads from Sales Navigator?+
No. Wiza's help center says that since its August 19, 2026 extension update, bulk export and multi-select are gone from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter search, list and company pages, for all accounts and plans. The extension still works on one full profile at a time in a side panel. Lists are built in Wiza Prospect, from a CSV upload, or from a CRM import.
Is Wiza free?+
Wiza has a free plan with 20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers, which Wiza's sign-up button calls 25 free credits with no credit card. That covers a trial. Anything regular needs Starter at $49 a month or an annual plan.
Is there a cheaper way to get contact data if my team already has Clay?+
Often, yes. Supered Prospector costs $45 per rep per month, billed annually ($540 a year), and runs Clay's waterfall across 200+ data providers from a LinkedIn profile, a Sales Navigator list, a company's website or a HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive record, on your own Clay account, with no Clay login for reps. Wiza itself is one of the providers you can call inside Clay, on Clay credits or your own Wiza account. Without Clay, Prospector is not an option, and a Wiza annual seat is a fair buy for one rep who dials.

Your process, running itself.

Turn the playbook into rep behavior.
