Snov.io is an all-in-one: an email finder and verifier, a prospect database, cold email campaigns with warm-up and a LinkedIn automation add-on, priced from $29.25 a month billed yearly with unlimited team seats. Supered Prospector is the Snov.io alternative for teams that already run Clay: reps run your Clay tables from Sales Navigator, a company site or the CRM record, Clay's waterfall asks 200+ vendors, and contacts land in HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, for $45 per rep per month, billed annually, plus your Clay plan. If you have no Clay account and want finding and sending in one cheap tool, Snov.io is the better buy.
G2 on 3 October 2026: Snov.io 4.5 out of 5 from 499 reviews; Supered 4.9 out of 5 from 81 reviews. Chrome Web Store: Email Finder by Snov.io 4.9 from 6,000 ratings, 400,000 users. HubSpot marketplace: Supered 5.0 from 122 reviews (1 October 2026).
Snov.io runs on two balances. Credits pay for the email side: "Each email verification and each prospect costs 1 credit," and Starter's 1,000 credits a month work out, in Snov's own words, to "3.9¢" a credit (snov.io/pricing). Enrichment tokens pay for phones and extra data, at "$0.02 per token." A phone costs 10 tokens through Wiza or 22 through Zeliq, "Charged only when a phone number is found," and "Unused plan tokens don't roll over" (Snov.io help center).
Phones arrived through partners, one at a time. Snov's phone FAQ says "The providers currently available are Wiza and Zeliq" and "Phone enrichment doesn't work as a waterfall. You pick one provider for each search, and if it finds nothing, try another provider." It also warns that "In locations like South America or Asia, phone search might have limited results" (phone FAQ, published 18 June 2026).
Snov.io also sells into Clay. Its pricing page lists "Use Snov.io credits inside Clay," and Clay's own action page offers Snov.io with "Clay Credits or Bring Your Own Account." A 3 October 2026 news search found no acquisition, funding round or rebrand for Snov.io. For a buyer, the differences sit in where phones come from, which CRMs sync natively and whether you already pay for Clay.

|---|---|---|
| Job it is built for | An all-in-one for finding and sending: email finder and verifier, database search, cold email campaigns with warm-up, LinkedIn automation as an add-on, and a light CRM. | Run your team's Clay table from where the rep already prospects, check the CRM, sync the contact, then follow each list rep by rep. |
| Custom enrichment and campaigns | Snov.io's own finder and its own cold-email campaigns. Your Clay tables and custom logic do not run from its extension. | Your own Clay tables and custom campaigns. Ops pairs a Clay table with a destination (the CRM or a sequence) once, and reps pick the campaign from the Push menu on LinkedIn, a company site or the CRM record. Your waterfalls, tiers and tags stay yours. |
| Leads worked to your standard | Not offered. Reporting covers usage, credits or activity, not whether each lead was worked the way you want. | Yes. Supered checks every lead a rep adds against your standard and shows each list as sourced, worked and closed, rep by rep, so you see whether leads are worked the way you want. |
| Where the data comes from | Snov's own finder and database for emails. Phones from Wiza or Zeliq, one provider per search, which Snov says "doesn't work as a waterfall." | Clay's waterfall across 200+ data and AI vendors on your own Clay account, in the order your GTM engineer set, with no charge on a miss. Snov.io can be one of the steps. |
| CRMs | HubSpot and Pipedrive two-way sync, not on the free Trial. Salesforce connects through Zapier. | HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, as a place to start and as the sync target. |
| Where reps use it | The Snov.io web app, the Email Finder Chrome extension on any website (400,000 users), and the LI Prospect Finder on LinkedIn. | Sales Navigator and LinkedIn profiles, a company's website, and inside a HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive record. |
| Cold email and LinkedIn outreach | Built in: campaigns sized by recipients (5,000 a month on Starter), unlimited warm-ups from Pro S, LinkedIn slots at $69 a month each. | Not on Prospector's feature list. Prospector does not send email; the contact lands in the CRM, where your team works it. |
| Pricing | Trial free; Starter $39 a month ($29.25 billed yearly); Pro S $99 ($74.25); Pro M $189 ($141.75); Pro L $369 ($276.75); Ultra $738 ($553.50). Unlimited team seats. | $45 per rep per month, billed annually ($540 a year), from 1 rep, plus your Clay plan. Demo first, no free trial yet. |
| Phones per month | Plan tokens: 75 on Starter, 150 on Pro S, 750 on Ultra. At 10 Wiza tokens a phone, Starter covers about 7 phones a month and Ultra 75. Extra tokens cost $0.02 each. | Your Clay plan's credits. Growth includes 6,000 Data Credits a month for the team. |
| Security | See Snov.io's own security or trust page. | SOC 2 Type II (audited, zero exceptions), GDPR compliant, and SSO. Reports in the Supered Trust Center at trust.supered.io. |

How we graded: for a team on Clay, from one rep to a whole floor, that wants enrichment without asking ops and leads that get worked. Weights: easy enrichment from the page the rep is already on (30%), your own Clay tables and custom campaigns (20%), CRM check and one-click sync (15%), leads worked to your standard (15%), published price and setup (20%). Where Snov.io is the better pick for a different job, the verdict below says so.
| Tool | Lane | Grade | Rank | Why it ranks here |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Supered Prospector | Team on Clay | A | 1 | Built for this, from one rep up: easy enrichment from LinkedIn, a company site or the CRM record through Clay's 200+ vendor waterfall, your own Clay tables and custom campaigns from one Push menu, an owner and past-prospecting check before a one-click sync, and every lead worked to your standard. Published price per rep. |
| Snov.io | Team on Clay | B | 2 | Cheap seats and a solid email finder, but phones from one provider per search, a second database beside the Clay you already pay for, and Salesforce only through Zapier. |
Snov.io's price is hard to argue with. Starter is $29.25 a month billed yearly, $351 a year, and the card says "Includes unlimited team seats," so a ten-person team pays the same as a founder working alone. The email side charges fairly: Snov's help center says a valid or unknown email costs 1 credit, and a not-found or invalid result costs nothing. The Email Finder extension has 400,000 users and 4.9 from 6,000 ratings, and Snov.io holds 4.5 out of 5 from 499 reviews on G2.
It also sends. Campaigns, mailbox warm-up, a unified inbox and LinkedIn automation sit in the same account, so a small team can find an address in the morning and have it in a sequence by lunch without buying a second tool. Prospector does not try to do that job. For a team whose motion is cold email, one Snov.io login covers the list and the send.
Snov.io is a well-stocked corner hardware store with a delivery van out back: one counter and one bill, with staff passes for the whole team. When it runs out of an item, phones especially, it has two suppliers to call, and the clerk rings them one at a time. Clay is the wholesale market with 200+ suppliers under one roof, where the order runs down the list on its own until someone has the part. Prospector puts that market's order counter on the rep's desk: a LinkedIn profile, a company website or the CRM record. If what you need is the van, Snov.io is the better build.
Snov.io's ratings are good and its seats are cheap. The reasons to look around come from phones, credits and CRM coverage.
A rep on a Sales Navigator lead, a company's website or a HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive record presses one button and your Clay table runs. Clay's waterfall asks provider after provider across 200+ data and AI vendors (Clay's count on clay.com) until one returns a verified email or phone, and "If an enrichment returns no result, you're not charged Data Credits or Actions" (clay.com/pricing). Before anything syncs, the rep sees whether the person already has a CRM record and whether they were worked before. One more click sends the contact to the CRM with the field mapping Ops set once. Reps never log into Clay.
Supered Prospector does not bring its own database. It brings Clay's waterfall, which is every database, routed, and that is why we chose Clay as our only data provider. If your team likes Snov's email finder, keep it as a step: Snov.io's Clay integration runs on Clay credits or on your own Snov.io API key (the own-key option needs a paid Clay plan), and Prospector puts that table in front of every rep.
A sales leader then sees each rep-built list as sourced, worked and closed, and who added what, with no duplicate work across reps. Your process applies to the prospects reps work. The full loop is on the sourcing use case.
The money, for ten reps, our arithmetic. Snov.io Pro M billed yearly is $1,701 for the whole team (20,000 credits a month, 2,000 per rep), and adding 1,000 Wiza phones a month brings it to about $4,029. Prospector is $5,400 a year, and with Clay Growth at $446 a month on annual billing ($5,352, clay.com/pricing, 2 October 2026) the stack is $10,752. For a team without Clay, Snov.io is the far smaller bill. For a team already paying for Clay, Prospector adds $5,400 and uses the credits you already buy. There is no free trial yet. It starts with a 30-minute demo on your own Clay account, implementation is included and takes under a week, and the details are on the Prospector page.
A 30-minute demo on your own Clay account, on HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. Bring the table your reps ask Ops to run most often.
For any team on Clay, from one rep up, Prospector is the best pick: easy enrichment from the page the rep is already on, your own Clay tables and custom campaigns, a CRM check and one-click sync, and every lead worked to your standard. If you have no Clay account and want an email finder and cold email in one inexpensive tool, Snov.io is the best pick. If your team already runs Clay and wants every provider behind one button in Sales Navigator, on company sites and in the CRM record, synced to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, Prospector is the best pick.
The two can sit side by side: Snov.io for cold email campaigns, Prospector for building and enriching lists on Clay, with Snov.io as one step in the Clay table if your GTM engineer likes its email finder.
We sell one of the two products on this page, so weigh what follows. Each Snov.io fact links to its source and carries the date we checked it, 3 October 2026. Where we did our own arithmetic, the page says so. When Snov.io changes its plans or adds a phone waterfall, this page changes with it.
Supered started inside RevPartners, the HubSpot partner Matt Bolian founded, which sold roughly twice as much Sales Hub as any other partner and reached HubSpot's Elite tier in 13 months. Supered is the #1 sales enablement app on the HubSpot marketplace and a HubSpot Premier Tech Partner, with 6,000+ installs. It holds 5.0 from 122 reviews on the HubSpot marketplace and 4.9 out of 5 from 81 reviews on G2. Those reviews cover Supered as a whole. Prospector is the newest product, so judge it in a demo on your own Clay account.
Contacts Snov.io synced to HubSpot or Pipedrive stay in the CRM, so the move is about the next list and the credits left on your Snov.io plan.
How Snov's own CRM sync behaves is on the Snov.io HubSpot integration, and the full product review is on Snov.io review.
Snov.io is an all-in-one that finds emails from its own finder, finds phones from Wiza or Zeliq one provider per search, and sends cold email, with unlimited team seats from $29.25 a month billed yearly. Supered Prospector runs your Clay tables from Sales Navigator, company websites and the HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive record, so reps get Clay's waterfall across 200+ vendors, for $45 per rep per month, billed annually, plus your Clay plan.
For a team that already runs Clay, yes: reps get Clay's waterfall from the page they are on, check the CRM before a sync and push in one click. For a team with no Clay account that wants finding and cold email in one tool, Snov.io is the better fit, because Prospector needs Clay and does not send email.
Through Zapier. On 3 October 2026 Snov's pricing page listed two-way sync for HubSpot and Pipedrive, and its integrations page sent Salesforce through Zapier. CRM sync is not available on the free Trial. Prospector syncs to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive directly.
On 3 October 2026 Snov.io listed Starter at $39 a month or $29.25 billed yearly, Pro S at $99 or $74.25, Pro M at $189 or $141.75, Pro L at $369 or $276.75 and Ultra at $738 or $553.50, all with unlimited team seats. Prospector is $45 per rep per month, billed annually, plus your Clay plan. For ten reps, Snov.io Pro M yearly is $1,701, and Prospector with Clay Growth at $446 a month is $10,752.
Phones cost enrichment tokens, charged only when a number is found: 10 tokens through Wiza or 22 through Zeliq, at $0.02 a token. Starter includes 75 tokens a month (about 7 Wiza phones), Pro S 150 (about 15) and Ultra 750 (about 75), and plan tokens do not roll over.
Yes. Snov.io runs as a step in a Clay table, on Clay credits or your own Snov.io API key (the own-key option needs a paid Clay plan). Prospector then runs that table for reps from LinkedIn, a company website or the CRM record.
Ask every vendor what it reads from LinkedIn, ours included. Snov's privacy policy says it "may store certain information obtained when you use the LI Prospect Finder extension such as business profiles you visited." In Prospector, the contact data comes from Clay's waterfall on your own Clay account.
