Prospector vs Findymail is a choice between one excellent source and a route through many.
Findymail finds and verifies emails, and phones outside the EU, from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, at $99 a month for 5,000 team credits, and it topped Clay's North American email test. Supered Prospector runs your team's Clay tables from Sales Navigator, a company site or the CRM record, so Clay's waterfall can ask Findymail first and 200+ other vendors after it, for $45 per rep per month, billed annually, plus your Clay plan. If you have no Clay and your reps mostly email, Findymail is the better buy.
G2 on 3 October 2026: Findymail 4.9 out of 5 from 57 reviews; Supered 4.9 out of 5 from 81 reviews. Chrome Web Store: Findymail 4.6 from 63 ratings, 20,000 users. HubSpot marketplace: Supered 5.0 from 122 reviews (1 October 2026).
Findymail posts one self-serve plan. On 3 October 2026 its pricing page shows Starter at $99 a month billed monthly, with "Pay Yearly 2 Months Free," for 5,000 finder credits plus 5,000 bonus verifier credits a month. The meter: "1 email = 1 credit OR 1 phone = 10 credits," and "You only pay for verified results." Unused credits roll over "up to 2x your monthly allowance," and "If your bounce rate is higher [than 5%], we refund your credits" (findymail.com/pricing). Larger volumes sit on a slider whose prices did not render for us; a third-party listing in September 2026 put Business at $249 a month for 15,000 credits (Emelia).
Two lines rendered on 2 October 2026 and not in our 3 October fetch, so we print them as of the earlier date: team accounts "Share credits across your team ... without paying per seat," and the mobile finder is "Non-EU only." Datacare, a separate CRM-enrichment product, starts at $500 a month billed annually.
The news is a partnership. On 1 October 2026 Gong launched Gong Enrich, which "adds third-party account and contact data to the Gong Revenue Graph," and named Findymail among ten launch partners with Apollo, LeadIQ, Lusha, RocketReach, Wiza and ZoomInfo (Enterprise Times). A 3 October 2026 search found no acquisition or funding round.

| Job it is built for | Find and verify work emails and mobiles for a list or a LinkedIn profile, then send them to a CRM or a cold-email tool. | Run your team's Clay table from where the rep already prospects, sync the contact, then follow each list rep by rep. |
| Custom enrichment and campaigns | Findymail's own email finding and verification. No custom Clay tables or campaigns from its extension. | Your own Clay tables and custom campaigns. Ops pairs a Clay table with a destination (the CRM or a sequence) once, and reps pick the campaign from the Push menu on LinkedIn, a company site or the CRM record. Your waterfalls, tiers and tags stay yours. |
| Leads worked to your standard | Not offered. Reporting covers usage, credits or activity, not whether each lead was worked the way you want. | Yes. Supered checks every lead a rep adds against your standard and shows each list as sourced, worked and closed, rep by rep, so you see whether leads are worked the way you want. |
| Where the data comes from | Findymail's own finder and verifier. First for North American work emails in Clay's test: 90.26% coverage, 96.26% quality. | Clay's waterfall across 200+ data and AI vendors on your own Clay account, in the order your GTM engineer set, with no charge on a miss. Findymail can be one of the steps. |
| Phones | 10 credits a mobile, non-EU only. 45.84% of North American mobiles in Clay's test, 13th of 15. | Whatever mobile providers your Clay table runs, in the order you choose, from the same button. |
| Where reps use it | The web app and a Chrome extension: Get email and Get phone on LinkedIn and Sales Navigator profiles, and an export button on searches, up to 2,500 people a run (version 1.0.43, our reading). | Sales Navigator and LinkedIn profiles, a company's website, and inside a HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive record. |
| CRMs | Native HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Copper and Zoho, plus Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist and Woodpecker. | HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, as a place to start and as the sync target. |
| Pricing | Starter $99 a month, 2 months free yearly ($990); larger tiers on a slider; Enterprise custom. No per-seat charge. | $45 per rep per month, billed annually ($540 a year), from 1 rep, plus your Clay plan. Demo first, no free trial yet. |
| Credits | 5,000 finder plus 5,000 verifier credits a month on Starter: 5,000 emails or 500 phones. Misses free, rollover up to 2x, refund above 5% bounce. | Your Clay plan's credits. Growth includes 6,000 Data Credits a month for the team. |

How we graded: for a team on Clay, from one rep to a whole floor, that wants enrichment without asking ops and leads that get worked. Weights: easy enrichment from the page the rep is already on (30%), your own Clay tables and custom campaigns (20%), CRM check and one-click sync (15%), leads worked to your standard (15%), published price and setup (20%). Where Findymail is the better pick for a different job, the verdict below says so.
| Tool | Lane | Grade | Rank | Why it ranks here |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Supered Prospector | Team on Clay | A | 1 | Built for this, from one rep up: easy enrichment from LinkedIn, a company site or the CRM record through Clay's 200+ vendor waterfall, your own Clay tables and custom campaigns from one Push menu, an owner and past-prospecting check before a one-click sync, and every lead worked to your standard. Published price per rep. |
| Findymail | Team on Clay | B+ | 2 | The top email coverage in Clay's test, but one source for phones at 45.84% in North America, no EU mobiles, and a second credit pool beside the Clay you already buy. |
Findymail is the strongest single email source we have graded. In Clay's North American work-email test it found 90.26% of the addresses at 96.26% quality, first of 13 providers, at half a Clay credit a lookup; it also placed first in Latin America and second in Europe (Clay data test, last run 22 October 2025). On catch-all domains, the mail servers that accept any name, it returned a verdict on 100% of addresses in Clay's verifier test, where Hunter managed 30.62% to 43.89% (Clay catch-all test, last run 31 August 2025).
The commercial terms back it up. A miss costs nothing, unused credits roll over up to twice the monthly allowance, and Findymail refunds credits if bounces pass 5%. On 2 October 2026 the pricing page said team accounts share credits "without paying per seat," so ten reps can split one $99 Starter plan. The extension puts Get email and Get phone on a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator profile. G2 reviewers give Findymail 4.9 from 57 reviews and Chrome users 4.6 from 63 ratings.
Think of Findymail as the best first stop on a delivery route. Most parcels, the emails, are delivered there. The phones are a different matter: in Clay's mobile test Findymail found 45.84% of North American numbers, 13th of 15, and it sells none for EU contacts. Clay's waterfall is the route. Findymail can stay the first stop for email, and the van keeps going to the phone specialists for the numbers it missed, charging nothing for a stop that has nothing. If your team mostly emails, the first stop is enough, and Findymail is the better build.
Findymail's ratings are high and its email coverage leads Clay's test. The reasons to look around come from phones, geography and what a team already pays for.
A rep on a Sales Navigator lead, a company's website or a HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive record presses one button and your Clay table runs. Clay's waterfall asks provider after provider across 200+ data and AI vendors (Clay's count on clay.com) until one returns a verified email or phone, and "If an enrichment returns no result, you're not charged Data Credits or Actions" (clay.com/pricing). Findymail is a Clay integration whose email, mobile and verify actions run on Clay credits or your own Findymail account (Clay, Findymail), so your GTM engineer can keep it first for email and put mobile specialists behind it. Before anything syncs, the rep sees whether the person already has a CRM record and whether they were worked before. One more click sends the contact to the CRM with the field mapping Ops set once. Reps never log into Clay.
On a company's website, the buying-committee lookup takes your own titles, departments and seniority and pulls the people your team sells to. A rep can add leads to a prospect list and push the whole list into a Clay workflow your GTM engineer built, so the logic in your tables carries straight to the rep.
A sales leader then sees each rep-built list as found, worked and closed, and who added what, with no duplicate work across reps. Your process applies to the prospects reps work. The full loop is on the sourcing use case.
The money, for ten reps. Findymail Starter on yearly billing is $990 for the whole team, 500 emails a rep a month. A team that wants about 1,000 phones a month needs 10,000 credits, which lands on Business at $249 a month on the third-party tier list, $2,988 a year. Prospector is $5,400 a year, and with Clay Growth at $446 a month on annual billing ($5,352, clay.com/pricing, 3 October 2026) the stack is $10,752. For an emailing team without Clay, Findymail is far cheaper. For a team already paying for Clay, Prospector adds $5,400 and uses the credits you already buy. There is no free trial yet. It starts with a 30-minute demo on your own Clay account, implementation is included and takes under a week, and the details are on the Prospector page.
A 30-minute demo on your own Clay account, on HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. Bring the list where the phone column is half empty.
For any team on Clay, from one rep up, Prospector is the best pick: easy enrichment from the page the rep is already on, your own Clay tables and custom campaigns, a CRM check and one-click sync, and every lead worked to your standard. If you have no Clay and your reps mostly send email from LinkedIn, Findymail is the best pick. If your team already runs Clay, dials as well as emails, or sells into Europe, Prospector is the best pick, and Findymail can stay on as the email step in its waterfall.
The two fit together. Findymail can sit inside your Clay table as the first email step, on your Findymail account or on Clay credits, and Prospector puts that table in front of every rep.
We sell one of the two products on this page, so weigh what follows. Each Findymail fact links to its source and carries the date we checked it, 3 October 2026 unless marked. Where our fetch did not show a line we saw the day before, we say so and date it. The coverage numbers come from Clay's own provider tests, and Findymail wins the email test. When Findymail changes its plans, this page changes with it.
Supered started inside RevPartners, the HubSpot partner Matt Bolian founded, which sold roughly twice as much Sales Hub as any other partner and reached HubSpot's Elite tier in 13 months. Supered is the #1 sales enablement app on the HubSpot marketplace and a HubSpot Premier Tech Partner, with 6,000+ installs. It holds 5.0 from 122 reviews on the HubSpot marketplace and 4.9 out of 5 from 81 reviews on G2. Those reviews cover Supered as a whole. Prospector is the newest product, so judge it in a demo on your own Clay account.
Contacts Findymail sent to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive stay in the CRM, so the move is about the next list.
The tier-by-tier math is on Findymail pricing, the extension teardown on the Findymail Chrome extension, and the field on Findymail alternatives.
Findymail is one finder and verifier: it returns emails, and mobiles outside the EU, from its own sources, used from a list, the web app or a LinkedIn profile. Supered Prospector brings no data of its own. It runs your Clay tables from Sales Navigator, company websites and the HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive record, so reps get Clay's waterfall across 200+ vendors, Findymail included if you add it, and sync to the CRM in one click.
For a team that already pays for Clay, yes: Findymail can stay the email step while mobile specialists fill the phones it misses, for $45 per rep per month, billed annually, plus your Clay plan. For an emailing team with no Clay, Findymail is cheaper and simpler, and we would keep it.
On 3 October 2026 Findymail listed Starter at $99 a month for 5,000 finder and 5,000 verifier credits, with 2 months free on yearly billing ($990), and custom Enterprise. A third-party listing puts Business at $249 a month for 15,000 credits. Prospector is $45 per rep per month, billed annually, plus your Clay plan. For ten reps, Findymail Starter is $990 a year, and Prospector with Clay Growth at $446 a month on annual billing is $10,752.
Weaker than at email. In Clay's North American mobile test Findymail found 45.84% of numbers, 13th of 15 providers, and on 2 October 2026 its mobile finder was non-EU only. A phone costs 10 credits, so Starter buys at most 500 a month.
Yes. Findymail is a Clay integration whose find-email, find-mobile and verify actions run on Clay credits or your own Findymail account. Your GTM engineer places it in the waterfall, and reps run that table from Prospector without opening Clay.
Ask every vendor what it reads from LinkedIn, ours included. Findymail's extension adds Get email and Get phone to profiles and an export button to LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Apollo searches, up to 2,500 people a run in version 1.0.43. In Prospector, the contact data comes from Clay's waterfall on your own Clay account.
