Prospector · for AEs and SDRs

Stop waiting on ops for a list. Your team's Clay table, as a button where you sell.

Prospector puts the Clay tables your team already built one click from the Sales Navigator lead, company website or CRM record you have open. See who owns the record and whether a teammate already prospected them, then send the contact to your CRM or your sequence. No Clay login, no CSV.

The problem

What does building a list cost you today? A request, a wait, then a CSV to paste.

Your company already pays for Clay, and someone on your team built tables in it that find emails and phones across what Clay counts as 200+ data providers (clay.com, checked October 2, 2026). You don't have a Clay seat. So you have two ways to get a list.

Ask ops, and wait days while the lead you found this morning goes cold. Or build it yourself: copy names from LinkedIn, find emails one at a time, paste the lot into the CRM, and find out a week later that a teammate was already working half of them. The tables were built for you. The path to them runs through somebody's Slack.

TodayWith Prospector
Ask ops for a list. Wait days. Build it from the lead, site, or record you're on.
Copy and paste into the CRM. Step on a teammate. One click to your CRM or sequence, after you see who owns them.
Export a CSV from somewhere, then clean it up. Sales Navigator leads go straight into your team's Clay table.
How it works

How do you build a list with Prospector? Open it where you are. Check the owner. Push.

01 · Start where you are

Your page, your starting point.

A LinkedIn profile, a Sales Navigator lead or prospect list, a company's website with company research alongside it, or a HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive record.

02 · Check before you add

See who owns them first.

Prospector shows the matching CRM record, who owns it, and a flag when someone already prospected that person. No duplicate work across reps.

03 · Pick the flow, push

Your team's table runs.

Pick a flow from the Push menu. Clay's waterfall runs on your team's account, and the contact lands in the CRM or the sequence your team set up.

Your GTM engineer builds the flows once. See what that takes on their side.

Plays

What can you run with it this week? Five plays, built by your team in Clay.

Which plays you see depends on the flows your team built. The buying committee follows the titles, departments and seniority your team set.

Sales Navigator

How does Prospector work with Sales Navigator? Navigator finds the person. Clay finds the email and phone.

Keep using Sales Navigator to find people. Add the leads you want to a prospect list and push the list to your team's Clay table, or run a flow on a single lead you have open. Prospector works within LinkedIn's terms and does not copy search results in bulk; the contact data comes from Clay's waterfall on the customer's Clay account.

For the longer version of the Navigator side, read how to export Sales Navigator leads and what Sales Navigator CRM sync does and does not do.

Fit

Is Prospector right for you? If your team runs Clay, it's built for you.

Good fit
  • Your company runs Clay, and someone there owns the tables.
  • You prospect in Sales Navigator and work in HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.
  • You've asked for an Apollo seat so you could build your own lists.
Choose something else if
  • Your team is not on Clay. Prospector has nothing to run on without it.
  • You need a few emails a day for yourself. A single-seat finder costs less: Wiza alternatives and LeadIQ alternatives compare them.
  • You want AI to write and send the emails for you.
Want this on your team?

Prospector is a team purchase: $45 per rep per month, billed annually, from 1 user, on your company's Clay account. Send the sales leader page to your VP and the GTM engineer page to whoever owns Clay. Both are short.

Questions reps ask about Prospector

Do I need a Clay login?

No. Prospector runs on your team's Clay account and credits. You run the tables your GTM engineer or ops team built without ever opening Clay.

Where can I use Prospector?

On a LinkedIn profile, a Sales Navigator lead or prospect list, a company's website, and inside a HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive record. It runs inside the Supered Chrome extension.

Will I see if a teammate already owns the lead?

Yes. Before you push, you see the matching CRM record, who owns it, and a flag when someone already prospected that person. Then you decide.

Does it work with my Sales Navigator lists?

Yes. Add Sales Navigator leads to a prospect list and push the list to your team's Clay table. Prospector works within LinkedIn's terms and does not copy search results in bulk; the contact data comes from Clay's waterfall on the customer's Clay account.

Where do the contacts go?

Wherever the flow you picked sends them: the CRM in one click (HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive), or a sequence in your sales engagement tool when your team built the flow that way.

Who sets it up?

Your GTM engineer or ops team builds the flows once in Clay and connects them to Prospector. You pick a flow from the Push menu. If your team is not on Clay, Prospector has nothing to run on.

What does it cost my team?

$45 per rep per month, billed annually, from 1 user, on top of your team's Clay account. There is no free trial yet; it starts with a demo on your team's own Clay tables.

Find them, check them, push them.
