Supered vs Spekit is a choice between two jobs done on the same screen. Spekit delivers governed knowledge and AI coaching to reps and AI agents in the flow of work, and it is the better pick when reps cannot find the current answer. Supered turns your sales process into Process Rules, checks each open HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive deal against them every night, and shows who followed them; it is the better pick when reps know the process and skip it. Teams with both problems can run both, with one content library.
G2, checked 2026-10-01. Spekit's rating rests on nearly four times as many reviews as ours, which makes it the steadier number.
Start with what Spekit does well, because the list is long. Spekit was early to the idea that enablement belongs inside the tools reps already use, and in June 2026 it relaunched around that idea as GTM Knowledge Engine 2.0, a governed source of truth for reps and AI agents. Content lives as Speks, small modular pieces tied to products, stages and personas, so in Spekit's words agents get "precise context instead of a 40-page PDF to skim." Its MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants pull answers from that governed source.
The Salesforce side runs deep. Spekit's integrations page says it "pulls your Salesforce fields into your data dictionary," surfaces opportunity data "in the rep's workflow," and ties each content interaction back to Salesforce data to measure revenue impact. In December 2024 it bought Cquence, whose AI extracts "critical deal insights from sales conversations, CRM data, and other unstructured sources." Spekit is independent and venture-backed, with no merger or acquisition found in a news check on 2026-10-01, and it holds 4.7 out of 5 on G2 across 303 reviews.
Supered starts from a different complaint: the process is already written down, and reps skip it anyway. In The State of Sales Enablement 2026, 89% of teams had a defined sales process and 36% saw reps follow it. Supered keeps that process as Process Rules (a deal past Discovery with no amount, a meeting with no recap after a day, a close date in the past), checks each open HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive deal against them every night, and lists what is broken on a Process Board, rep by rep.
Cards and Guides fire on the record when a rule applies, and reps clear the board in the CRM or by asking Claude to do the work through Supered's MCP. Matt Bolian, our co-founder, cleared 11 violations on his own board that way in about 10 minutes, against about 45 by hand. It is one person's example, and we label it as one. The full workflow is on the sales expectations page.
Both tools sit on the right side of the most useful line in our research. In The State of Sales Enablement 2026, teams whose guidance lived embedded in the workflow reported 49% quota attainment, against 15% for teams whose guidance lived in docs or wikis. Spekit and Supered are both on the 49% side. The comparison starts after that line.
Surgery offers the cleanest version of this gap. Surgeons do not lack knowledge; they train for a decade. When Atul Gawande's team introduced a 19-item checklist across eight hospitals, inpatient deaths fell from 1.5% to 0.8% and complications from 11.0% to 7.0% (Haynes et al., New England Journal of Medicine, 2009). The checklist taught the surgeons nothing new. It made the team confirm, at the moment of the work, that steps they already knew had happened.
A surgical manual does a different job, however well it is indexed. Spekit is a good manual that opens itself at the right page. Supered is the checklist, with a record of which boxes got ticked on which deal.
Rows are the questions buyers ask us on demos. Competitor facts come from Spekit's public pages and G2, checked 2026-10-01; ask Spekit to confirm anything that matters to your decision.

| Grade in its own lane | A · knowledge in the flow | A · process followed and seen |
| Rank for this page's job | 2 | 1 |
How we graded. We split the work into three jobs: writing the process down, reaching the rep while they work, and checking that it happened. Each tool gets the grade it earns in the lane it was built for, so Spekit takes an A for knowledge in the flow and Supered an A for process compliance. The rank answers the job this page is about, getting reps to follow the process and showing who did, weighted 40% to the check, 40% to reaching the rep at work and 20% to authoring. Move the weight to authoring and AI-ready knowledge and Spekit ranks first.
If your problem is reps and AI agents who cannot find the current, approved answer, Spekit is the best pick. We are the best pick if your problem is reps who know the process and skip it, and managers who cannot see which deals broke it.
Running both. Running both works when you have both problems. Keep Spekit as the knowledge source reps and agents draw from, and use Supered for the rules and the nightly check in the CRM. Pick one home for written content so you maintain one library.
See your own process as rules: on a 30-minute demo we pick the steps your reps skip most and show what your Process Board would look like tonight.
Book a demo →We make one of the two products on this page, so weigh it accordingly, and check the sources at the bottom. What we can offer is a long look at the problem. Supered began inside RevPartners, the HubSpot partner Matt Bolian founded, which sold roughly twice as much Sales Hub as any other partner and reached HubSpot's top partner level in 13 months. Supered grew out of that sales-implementation work.
Today Supered is the #1 sales enablement app on the HubSpot marketplace, with a 5.0 rating from 122 reviews and 6,000 installs, a HubSpot Premier Tech Partner, and SOC 2 Type II. On G2 it holds 4.9 out of 5 across 81 reviews (checked 2026-10-01), a smaller base than Spekit's 303.
"With process rules, I can see if there are zero issues with each of our sales reps or not. It makes the nonvisible visible and brings forward whether people are adopting our processes or not."
"It has significantly reduced the time I spend on repetitive coaching because the 'rules' are built right into their workflow."
"I love the Process Boards in Supered because they provide a central view of process violations over time and make it easy for sales reps to resolve errors quickly."

The buying questions we hear on demos, with direct answers.
Spekit delivers governed knowledge, coaching and content to reps and AI agents in the flow of work, with a deep Salesforce integration. Supered keeps your sales process as Process Rules, checks each open HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive deal against them every night, and shows managers who followed the process. Spekit answers what a rep needs to know; Supered checks what got done.
For one job, yes: if you bought Spekit to get reps following a sales process and you cannot see whether they do, Supered is built for that. For governed knowledge, learning paths, deal rooms and AI-ready content, Spekit is the stronger tool, and the closer alternatives are listed in our Spekit alternatives guide.
Yes. Teams with both a findability problem and a following problem can keep Spekit as the knowledge source and use Supered for Process Rules and the nightly check in the CRM. Pick one home for written content so it is maintained once.
Spekit does not publish prices; its pricing page says packages are customized by organization size, needs and use case (checked 2026-10-01). Supered Process Compliance is $40 per user per month paid yearly, or $45 paid monthly, with a 5-user minimum, and it includes Digital Adoption, which costs $13.50 per user per month paid yearly on its own.
Most customers go live in under a week, sometimes in a day. You can start a free trial without a card, and a preferred HubSpot partner or Supered's team can help you turn your process into rules.
Spekit's integrations page details a deep Salesforce integration and does not list HubSpot (checked 2026-10-01). Ask Spekit directly how a HubSpot deployment works. Supered runs natively in both HubSpot and Salesforce.
Both ship MCP servers. Spekit's lets AI assistants pull answers from its governed knowledge. Supered's lets Claude and other MCP-ready LLMs read your Process Rules and do the work they call for: update fields, move tasks, and draft emails for the rep to review. Same rules in the CRM or in your LLM of choice.
AI makes knowledge cheap to find, which is why both vendors connect their products to assistants. What AI does not decide is which steps your team owes each deal. Supered keeps those steps as rules your team writes, so an assistant can follow them and a manager can see that it did.
Yes, as of 2026-10-01. Spekit is independent and venture-backed. It acquired the AI startup Cquence in December 2024 and launched GTM Knowledge Engine 2.0 in June 2026. We found no merger or acquisition in a news check on the date above.
Field or mobile-first teams, because Supered has no mobile product, and teams whose main need is a large content library with learning paths and deal rooms. Supered fits teams of 10+ users on HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive who work at a computer and need the process followed.
