Supered vs Mindtickle splits along the line between practice and the work itself. Mindtickle, still independent with no merger announced as of 1 October 2026, is the stronger pick for sales readiness: training, AI role-plays and coaching that build skill before the rep meets the buyer. Supered is the stronger pick when reps have the skill and skip the steps: your expectations become rules, checked against open deals in HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, and cleared where the rep already works. The two fit together.
G2 on 1 October 2026: Mindtickle 4.7 out of 5 from about 2,400 reviews; Supered 4.9 out of 5 from 81 reviews.
Mindtickle has not merged. We found no merger or acquisition announcement as of 1 October 2026. Its 2026 news is product: on 21 April it launched ElevateOS, which CEO Krishna Depura described as "the first agentic operating system for revenue enablement teams," one that "orchestrates and governs intelligent agents that augments reps on every deal by guiding, coaching, and acting on their behalf when needed" (PR Newswire, 21 April 2026).
Mindtickle names the same problem we do. Its October 2025 Elevate launch was billed as closing "the GTM execution gap," and Depura framed it as "bridging the gap between strategic plans and frontline execution" (Mindtickle, 15 October 2025). We agree with the diagnosis. The products answer it from different ends: Mindtickle through practice, deal guides and coaching; Supered through rules checked against the CRM record.
For buyers watching Highspot fold into Seismic, independence counts in Mindtickle's favor: your readiness vendor is not working through a merger.
| Mindtickle | Supered | |
|---|---|---|
| Job it is built for | Sales readiness: onboarding, training, AI role-plays, coaching and call insight. | Getting reps to follow your sales process: expectations as rules, checked against open records, cleared in the CRM or in Claude. |
| CRM integration | Native Salesforce app: reps "find the content and training they need within Salesforce and automatically update opportunity fields." In HubSpot, the Enable Us by Mindtickle digital sales room app (60+ installs). | Native: HubSpot and Salesforce. Rules run against your CRM records with no middleware. |
| Where reps see it | The Mindtickle app and its training modules, plus content and training inside Salesforce. | A sidebar on the HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive record, any web app through the Chrome or Edge extension, and Claude through Supered's MCP. |
| Setup effort | G2 Ease of Setup 9.2, the highest in this comparison. Reviewers still note heavy configuration for larger programs. | Live in under a week, sometimes in a day. G2 Ease of Setup 8.9. |
| Pricing | No public price. Vendr median $44,356 a year across 65 purchases (range $11,157 to $138,726). | Process Compliance $40 per user per month yearly ($45 monthly), 5-user minimum, includes Digital Adoption ($13.50 / $15). |

How we graded: for the job most people typing "Supered vs Mindtickle" are weighing, getting reps to follow the process inside the CRM. Weights: rules checked against CRM records (35%), guidance where reps already work (25%), a manager view of who followed it (20%), setup and price for a 10 to 50 rep team (20%). We also grade the opposite lane, sales readiness, so you can flip the lens.
| Tool | Lane | Grade | Rank | Why it ranks here |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Supered | Process followed in the CRM | A | 1 | Built for this job: rules on records, a board per rep, fixes in the CRM or Claude, a public price. |
| Mindtickle | Process followed in the CRM | B- | 2 | Deal guides and Salesforce field updates come closer than a content library; we found no published per-rule board of open records. |
| Mindtickle | Sales readiness | A | 1 | 4.7 from about 2,400 G2 reviews, with role-play, coaching and onboarding depth. |
| Supered | Sales readiness | C+ | 2 | Action plans with knowledge checks and certifications cover onboarding basics, without role-play or call coaching. |
Mindtickle owns readiness. It runs onboarding programs, courses and quizzes, AI role-plays where a rep rehearses against a simulated buyer, and coaching. Its October 2025 launch added Real Deal AI Role Plays and AI Deal Guides, which pull in "current deal context from CRM, buyer engagement signals, persona information, and notes" (Mindtickle).
Reviewers like it. Mindtickle holds 4.7 out of 5 from about 2,400 G2 reviews, the largest base of the three incumbents on our compare pages, with support rated 9.4 and ease of setup 9.2 (G2). The strengths G2 users mention most are an easy interface, interactive training and coaching features.
Mindtickle is the flight simulator. Pilots spend hours in one before they carry passengers, and it is the right place to learn what to do when an engine fails. Then, on each real flight, the crew still runs a checklist, because skill does not stop a tired person from skipping a step.
Mindtickle's G2 cons are short, and two of them point at the CRM.
Supered picks up where the simulator ends. Your expectations become Process Rules: a recap within a day of the meeting, a next step booked, an amount filled before the stage moves past Discovery. A Process Board checks each open deal in HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive against them and lists what is broken, rep by rep. The rep sees the list in a sidebar on the record, fixes it there, or asks Claude to do it through Supered's MCP (Supered for Claude). The manager sees who followed the process without opening a single record.
Checklists earn their place with skilled people. When eight hospitals introduced the WHO surgical safety checklist, inpatient deaths fell from 1.5% to 0.8% and major complications from 11% to 7% across 7,688 patients (Haynes et al., New England Journal of Medicine, 2009, summary). The surgeons were already trained. They got a one-page list used at three points in the operation.
For new reps, Supered's action plans with knowledge checks and certifications cover onboarding inside HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive (onboarding and ramp), so a team that needs the basics may not need a separate readiness platform. A team that needs role-play and call coaching does.
Process Compliance costs $40 per user per month on a yearly plan ($45 monthly), with a 5-user minimum, and includes Digital Adoption. For 25 reps on the yearly plan that is $12,000 a year. Vendr's $44,356 Mindtickle median spans deals of many sizes and modules, so use it to size the conversation; your own quote will differ. Full plans are on Supered pricing.
A 30-minute demo: we take three expectations your reps skip, turn them into rules, and show the board for your pipeline.
If your problem is reps who lack the skill, Mindtickle is the best pick. We are the best pick if your problem is reps who have the skill and skip the steps.
Both, in order. Train in Mindtickle and check the process in Supered: the simulator first, then the checklist in the CRM.
We sell one of the two products on this page, so weigh what follows. Each competitor number links to its source and carries the date we checked it, 1 October 2026. If Mindtickle ships a rules engine that checks open records, this page changes.
Supered started inside RevPartners, the HubSpot partner Matt Bolian founded, which sold roughly twice as much Sales Hub as any other partner and reached HubSpot's Elite tier in 13 months. Supered is the #1 sales enablement app on the HubSpot marketplace and a HubSpot Premier Tech Partner, with 6,000+ installs. On G2 it holds 4.9 out of 5 from 81 reviews; on the HubSpot marketplace, 5.0 from 122 reviews (both checked 1 October 2026).
"It's also been great for onboarding: new hires ramp faster because the system teaches them while they sell, and managers spend less time repeating the same answers."
"If there's a process update, it's added on the back-end and instantly available to all reps, exactly where needed."
Reviews quoted verbatim from our wall of love, which links each one to its source.
For part of the job. If you bought Mindtickle mainly to get reps following the sales process inside the CRM, Supered does that directly: your expectations become rules, checked against open deals in HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. If you need role-play practice, certification and call coaching, Mindtickle does that job and Supered sits beside it.
Yes. Mindtickle builds the skill; Supered checks whether the process ran once reps are working real deals. Many of the expectations a team trains on, such as recaps, next steps and qualification fields, are the same ones Supered turns into rules.
Not as of 1 October 2026. We found no merger or acquisition announcement. Mindtickle's 2026 news is product-led, including the ElevateOS launch on 21 April 2026.
Mindtickle does not publish prices. Vendr's marketplace data puts the median Mindtickle contract at $44,356 a year across 65 purchases, with a range of $11,157 to $138,726 (checked 1 October 2026). Supered publishes its price: Process Compliance is $40 per user per month on a yearly plan, $45 monthly, with a 5-user minimum.
For onboarding inside the CRM, yes: action plans with tasks, knowledge checks and certifications run inside HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, and the same Process Rules apply to a new rep from day one. For role-play practice and call coaching, a readiness platform such as Mindtickle goes further.
Yes. Supered integrates natively with HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, and its Chrome and Edge extension shows cards and rules in any web app reps use. Supered has no mobile app, so it fits teams who work at a computer.
