Lead411 Pricing in 2026: A Warehouse Club Price, and a Date on the Carton

Lead411 pricing as of 2026: Spark at $49 a month or $490 a year, Ignite from $150, Blaze on request, the cheapest list price per contact in this market, the two price lists in circulation, data freshness, and what a Clay team should do instead.

Lead411 pricing in 2026 is a 7-day free trial with 50 exports, Spark at $49 a month for 1,000 exports or $490 a year for 12,000, Ignite from $150 a month or $1,500 a year for teams and API access, and Blaze on request with unlimited exports.

A warehouse club sells the cheapest milk in town, by the case, to members with a card. The price is real and the savings are large. The only thing the club asks of you is the thing a corner shop does for you: read the date stamped on the carton, because a pallet that sells slowly sits on the shelf longer.

Lead411 pricing in 2026 is a 7-day free trial with 50 exports, Spark at $49 a month for 1,000 exports or $490 a year for 12,000, Ignite from $150 a month or $1,500 a year for teams and API access, and Blaze on request with unlimited exports. Those figures come from Lead411’s pricing page as the Internet Archive captured it on September 1, 2026, the latest capture available (Internet Archive, lead411.com/pricing); the live page answered our fetch on October 2 with a Cloudflare block. On those numbers, Spark annual comes to about 4.1 cents an export, with direct phones included, which is the lowest list price per contact on any pricing page we have written. The rest of the bill is the date on the carton.

The quick answer, three ways:

  • Lead411 Spark, annual at $490. One heavy user who wants emails and direct dials at the lowest list price we have found, about 48 exports a working day, and who will test freshness before relying on it.
  • Lead411 Spark, monthly at $49. The same person, testing, with the right to cancel anytime.
  • Supered Prospector, $540 a rep a year on your own Clay account. A team that already pays for Clay, where reps build lists from LinkedIn, a company site or the CRM record and the waterfall asks 200+ vendors instead of one.

How much does Lead411 cost in 2026?

The September 1 capture is the clearest record of Lead411’s own prices, so the table uses it. Spark is the only plan with a fixed price; Ignite shows a starting price and Blaze none.

Lead411 pricing as captured on September 1, 2026: a 7-day free trial with 50 exports; Spark at $49 a month for 1,000 exports a month or $490 a year for 12,000 exports with intent data, 4.9 or about 4.1 cents per export; Ignite from $150 a month or $1,500 a year with API access and multiple users; Blaze on request with unlimited exports
Three plans and a trial. Free trial: 7 days, 50 exports. Spark: $49 a month for 1,000 exports (4.9 cents each) or $490 a year for 12,000 (about 4.1 cents), with intent data on annual. Ignite: from $150 a month or $1,500 a year, with API access and team accounts. Blaze: on request, unlimited exports. Unused exports roll over on every plan.

Three lines on the page shape the purchase. The FAQ says Lead411 “offers three pricing tiers: Spark, Ignite and Blaze,” and that “Ignite plan pricing varies based on team size and features.” The header says “We will match or beat most Enterprise Competitor Pricing Quotes!” And a later FAQ says “in certain cases Lead411 offers to buy out your existing B2B data provider contract.” A buyer with a ZoomInfo or Apollo quote in hand has room to bargain here, and Lead411 says so itself. Corporate status, for completeness: Lead411 is an independent company in Boulder, Colorado, in the contact data business “since 2011,” and our October 2 news search found no acquisition or merger.

What does a Lead411 export buy?

A contact record. The page lists “Verified Email Addresses” and “Direct Phone Numbers Included” on every plan and meters only exports, so the working assumption is one export per contact with whatever email and direct dial Lead411 holds. Lead411 does not publish a sentence as tidy as UpLead’s “one credit = one contact,” so confirm it during the trial by exporting ten people you know.

On that assumption, the arithmetic is striking. Twelve thousand exports a year is 48 a working day across 250 days. The Bridge Group’s 2025 SDR report, 351 companies, puts the median SDR at 44 dials a day (Bridge Group, 2025), so one Spark annual seat could feed a full-time dialer a fresh number for every call, for $490.

List price per contact with email and phone: Lead411 Spark annual about $0.04, Spark monthly about $0.05, Apollo Basic about $0.18, RocketReach Pro $0.25, Clay at the entry rate about $0.30 as our estimate, UpLead Plus about $0.37, Lead411's older layout about $0.375 with extra exports at $0.50, Lusha Starter about $0.56

Sources for the non-Lead411 rows: UpLead pricing, RocketReach pricing, Apollo’s pricing page and Clay’s (clay.com/pricing, Data Credits from $0.05). A list price per record says nothing about whether the number connects. The carton date covers that part.

Why are there two Lead411 price lists?

Because the internet has not caught up. Search “lead411 pricing” today and the third-party pages describe a different menu: “Basic Plus Unlimited,” “Pro with Bombora Intent” and an Enterprise tier, with extra exports at $0.50, $0.44 and $0.40. One of our fetch tools, run on October 2, returned that older layout from lead411.com with no plan prices on it, and a FullEnrich write-up dated April 29, 2026 prices Basic Plus Unlimited at $900 a year for 2,400 exports (FullEnrich, Lead411 pricing). Every Internet Archive capture of the page since May 31, 2026 shows Spark, Ignite and Blaze.

Two Lead411 price lists in circulation: Spark annual at $490 a year for 12,000 exports, about 4.1 cents an export, in the September 1, 2026 capture of Lead411's pricing page, and an older Basic Plus Unlimited layout at $900 a year for 2,400 exports, 37.5 cents an export, with extra exports at $0.50, $0.44 or $0.40; about nine times apart
Same company, two menus. Spark annual (September 1, 2026 capture): $490 for 12,000 exports, about 4.1 cents each. Basic Plus Unlimited (older layout, priced in an April 2026 third-party write-up): $900 for 2,400 exports, 37.5 cents each, with extra exports at $0.50, $0.44 or $0.40. The gap is about nine times.

Nine times is the size of the gap between those two menus, and both carry Lead411’s name. We price this page on Spark because it is Lead411’s own, most recent, published list. The practical rule follows from the gap: get the plan name, the export count and the per-export overage in the order form, and check that the plan you sign is Spark or its successor, not a legacy tier at nine times the rate.

Is Lead411 cheaper on monthly or annual billing?

Annual, by about 17%, and it adds intent data. Twelve months of Spark monthly cost $588 for 12,000 exports; Spark annual costs $490 for the same 12,000, a saving of $98, and the annual card lists “Buyer Intent Data,” which the monthly card does not. Lead411 supplies intent through Bombora, per its product menu. The exit differs: “You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. For annual plans, reach out to the support team to review your options.” Rollover softens the annual commitment, since unused exports carry to the next cycle on every plan.

How fresh is Lead411’s data?

The carton date, in Lead411’s own words, is good. Its page says it is “The Only Provider With Triple Verified Emails,” verified “using SMTP, human-verified, and email open validation,” and that “all of our emails are re-verified every 3-6 months.” Its direct dials are “Double Verified,” with a location match against where the person has worked.

Lead411 as a warehouse club: 12,000 exports for $490, about 4.1 cents each, with a date on the carton; Lead411 says its emails are re-verified every 3 to 6 months, G2 shows 4.5 of 5 from 482 reviews with three 2025 to 2026 reviews citing outdated data, and its Chrome extension has 2,000 users and was last updated March 5, 2024
Bulk is cheap; read the date. 12,000 exports for $490, about 4.1 cents each. Lead411 says emails are re-verified every 3 to 6 months. G2 rates it 4.5 out of 5 from 482 reviews, and three recent reviews cite outdated data. The Chrome extension has 2,000 users and was last updated March 5, 2024.

The buyers’ side is more mixed. On G2, Lead411 held a 4.5 out of 5 from 482 reviews on October 2, 2026 (G2, Lead411 reviews), a solid score on a large base. The recent complaints gather on one theme. A small-business owner in July 2026: “Horrible UI, hard to navigate pages, outdated lead quality” (Kyle L.). A mid-market market-intelligence manager in December 2025: “I find some contact details, especially phone numbers, are outdated” (Rohit B.). A mid-market product manager in November 2025: “The data quality in Lead411 is often very out of date” (Scott H.). Three reviews are three lists, not a measurement, and no independent coverage test of Lead411 exists that we could find; Lead411 is not one of the providers in Clay’s published data tests.

The Chrome extension tells a similar story from another angle. The Lead411 Chrome extension had 2,000 users and a 4.1 out of 5 from 40 ratings on October 2, version 13.1.1, last updated March 5, 2024 (Chrome Web Store). It works “while you are on Linkedin and other websites” and exports to Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach and Pipedrive. A rep tool untouched for two and a half years is worth asking about in the demo.

So the 4.1-cent price is real, and the useful question is the connect rate on your own market. Spend the 50 trial exports on people whose numbers you already have, count how many dial through, and divide.

Why should you trust this breakdown?

We sell no contact data. Supered has no database of its own, on purpose; Supered Prospector runs on Clay, our only data provider. So we gain nothing from whether you buy Lead411, Apollo or UpLead. Our stake is what reps do with a contact once it lands in the CRM.

Supered started inside RevPartners, the HubSpot partner I founded, which sold roughly twice as much Sales Hub as any other partner and reached HubSpot’s Elite tier in 13 months. Supered is the #1 sales enablement app on the HubSpot marketplace, with 6,000+ installs and a 5.0 rating from 122 reviews there, and on G2 it held a 4.9 out of 5 from 81 reviews on October 1, 2026 (G2, Supered reviews). Where Lead411’s page could not be opened live, we say so and cite the dated capture.

Which Lead411 plan, or which alternative, fits your team?

The grades use the five weights from our RocketReach pricing and UpLead pricing pages: coverage of the contact you need (x3), delivery where the rep already works (x2), price structure for a mid-market team (x2), what happens to the list after the export (x2), and bundled outreach (x1), out of 50. The weights serve one job, a team of five to fifty reps building its own lists. Flip the lens to “lowest list price per contact for one user” and Lead411 moves to the top.

What does Lead411 cost for a team of ten?

A quote, because Spark is a single-user plan in practice: the FAQ names Ignite and Blaze as the plans that “support multiple users with admin control and performance tracking.” Ignite starts at $1,500 a year and varies by team size. If Lead411 would sell ten Spark annual accounts, they would list at $4,900 for 120,000 exports, which makes a fair ceiling to bring to the Ignite conversation.

Annual list cost for ten reps: Lead411 Ignite from $1,500 quoted by team size, Lead411 Spark annual at $4,900 if sold as ten single accounts, Supered Prospector $5,400 on a Clay account the team already has, Apollo Basic $5,880, and Prospector plus Clay Growth $11,340
Ten reps, one year, list prices. Lead411: Ignite from $1,500 (quoted by team size), or $4,900 as ten Spark annual accounts if sold that way. Prospector: $5,400 on a Clay account the team already pays for, or $11,340 with Clay Growth at $5,940 on monthly billing. Apollo Basic: $5,880 for ten seats.

Read the chart both ways. On list price per contact, nothing here touches Lead411: 120,000 exports for $4,900 is about 4 cents each, against roughly 12,000 email-and-phone contacts a year from Clay Growth’s 6,000 monthly Data Credits at about six credits each (our arithmetic from Clay’s calculator; Clay Growth is $495 a month on monthly billing, clay.com/pricing). If your test shows Lead411’s numbers connect in your market, it is the better buy for a team without Clay, and the “match or beat” line gives you room to push the Ignite quote down. With Clay already paid for, the comparison changes shape. One database at 4 cents competes against every database in the waterfall, Prospector at $540 a rep, and no second contract.

How does Supered Prospector compare to Lead411 pricing?

Go back to the warehouse club. Lead411 is one big warehouse with the lowest shelf price in town, and when the carton on the shelf is old, you find out at home. Clay is a delivery service that shops many stores: its waterfall asks provider after provider until one returns a verified email or phone, across 200+ data and AI vendors under one contract (clay.com, September 25, 2026), and “If an enrichment returns no result, you’re not charged Data Credits or Actions” (clay.com/pricing). Lead411 is not one of those stores: Clay’s integration directory has no Lead411 page (our check returned a 404 on October 2), and Lead411’s own footer links a “Clay Competitor” page. A Clay team could reach it only through a custom HTTP API column, which needs Ignite’s API access.

Prospector puts what the GTM engineer built in Clay in the rep’s hands, where the rep already works:

  • Where the rep already is. A LinkedIn profile, a Sales Navigator list, a company’s website, or a HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive record. One click runs the waterfall, and reps never log in to Clay.
  • A check before the duplicate. On a LinkedIn profile, the rep sees whether the person already has a matching record in the CRM and whether the prospect was worked in the past.
  • The GTM engineer’s tables, on a button. Any custom Clay workflow runs from Prospector, a list can go into a Clay workflow, and the buying-committee lookup is tuned by title, department and seniority.
  • The list after the export. The contact lands in the CRM with the team’s process applied, and the manager sees which lists get worked and how each lead ends: Qualified, Recycled or Disqualified.

Prospector is $45 per rep per month, billed annually, from one user, runs inside the Supered Chrome extension, and is live in under a week with implementation included (Prospector, Supered pricing). It runs on your Clay account and your Clay credits. Clay governs the data. Supered governs the motion. Ask every vendor what it reads from LinkedIn, ours included. The sourcing use case walks the rep’s side, and waterfall enrichment explains how the order is set.

Choose something else if any of these is true:

  • One user, high volume, no Clay. Lead411 Spark annual at $490 is the better buy, provided your 50-export test connects.
  • No Clay account. Prospector needs one. A team without Clay should price Lead411 Ignite against Apollo Basic at $5,880 for ten seats.
  • No waterfall owner. Someone sets the provider order in Clay. If no one owns it, a single database with a published price is less work.

What are the best Lead411 alternatives?

The Lead411 alternatives below all sell contacts with phones; the useful question is which job each does best.

  • Apollo, for data plus sequencing. Basic is $49 a seat a month on annual billing with 30,000 credits a year, about 18 cents per email-and-phone contact. Apollo pricing walks the credit meter.
  • UpLead, for the simplest meter. One credit buys one whole contact, from $74 a month annual. UpLead pricing covers its trial default.
  • RocketReach, for a small team that dials. Pro is $899 a seat a year for 3,600 exports with phones. RocketReach pricing.
  • Lusha, for the lightest start. A free tier and a current extension. Lusha pricing.
  • Hunter and Findymail, for email-only teams. Neither sells the direct dials Lead411 includes; Hunter.io pricing and Findymail pricing price their email meters.

For one deep database at enterprise prices, ZoomInfo pricing decodes the contract that Lead411 offers to buy out.

What we recommend

Three ways forward, and our view on each.

  • One person, testing. Take the 7-day trial and spend the 50 exports on people whose email and direct dial you already know. If more than you expected connect, start Spark monthly at $49.
  • One person, all year, dialing. Spark annual at $490 gives about 48 exports a working day at about 4.1 cents each, with intent data and rollover. Get the plan name and per-export overage on the order form.
  • A team, especially one with Clay. Without Clay, bring ten-Spark list math ($4,900) and an Apollo quote to the Ignite call. With Clay, skip a second database and run Clay’s waterfall from where reps already work with Supered Prospector, at $540 a rep a year.

A warehouse club is a fine place to buy milk, and Lead411 sells the cheapest case of contacts we have priced. Read the carton before you pour: run the trial on numbers you know, and get the price list you are signing in writing. For the whole field priced side by side, the Clay pricing page shows what the delivery service costs.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Lead411 cost in 2026?+
Lead411's pricing page, as captured by the Internet Archive on September 1, 2026, lists a 7-day free trial with 50 exports; Spark at $49 a month for 1,000 exports, or $490 a year for 12,000 exports with buyer intent data; Ignite from $150 a month or $1,500 a year with API access and team accounts; and Blaze, priced on request, with unlimited exports. The live page blocked our fetch on October 2, so confirm the quote.
What does a Lead411 export cost?+
On Spark annual, $490 for 12,000 exports is about 4.1 cents an export; on Spark monthly, $49 for 1,000 is 4.9 cents. Lead411's page lists verified emails and direct phone numbers on every plan, which makes it the lowest list price per contact we have found in this market. An older Lead411 price list, still quoted by third parties, works out to 37.5 cents an export.
Does Lead411 have a free trial?+
Yes. Lead411 offers a 7-day free trial with 50 exports, which its FAQ calls 50 verified lead credits. Use them on contacts whose email and direct dial you already know, so you can measure freshness.
Do Lead411 exports roll over?+
Yes. Lead411's pricing page lists rollover as a feature of all subscriptions: all unused exports roll over to your next billing cycle.
Can a team share a Lead411 plan?+
Lead411's FAQ says Ignite and Blaze support multiple users with admin control and performance tracking, so a team buys Ignite or Blaze, quoted by team size. Ignite starts at $1,500 a year. Ten Spark accounts would list at $4,900 a year, which is a useful anchor for the Ignite quote.
What are the best Lead411 alternatives?+
If your team has Clay, Supered Prospector ($45 per rep per month, billed annually) runs Clay's waterfall across 200+ vendors from LinkedIn, a company website or the CRM record. Without Clay, Apollo Basic lists at about 18 cents per email-and-phone contact with sequencing included, RocketReach Pro at 25 cents per export, and UpLead at about 37 cents with one credit per whole contact.
