One of my biggest pet peeves is “winging it.” I just can’t stand hearing those words when there’s no need to fly by the seat of your pants. No more guesswork when you can have solid documentation where your team is working. I’m a huge fan of documentation, processes, templates, consistency, and standardisation, so maybe I’m biased! Some people might find all this a little dry, but having a tool like Supered makes it not only fun but incredibly valuable, engaging, and actually used! There’s nothing worse than spending hours creating guides, videos, Google Docs, Notion docs and no one uses them. The reason? They can’t find what they need, so it’s easier to just ask someone. Supered solves this by showing up in HubSpot exactly when it’s needed, ensuring alignment and making sure every user is on the same page. As a former teacher, I’m a huge advocate for enablement and adoption. I understand that not everyone operates the same way, and Supered allows me to present information in a variety of formats that cater to different learning styles. Hats off to anyone who’s delivered training and hasn’t been asked to repeat, rephrase, or consolidate the session! I want to create HubSpot believers who not only understand how to use the tool but also see its value in improving their work. As a consultant, I’ve reached a point where I can see the patterns, and I’m done starting from scratch. I know what works, and now I want to standardise my work. Doing so allows me to move faster, be more efficient, and deliver higher quality results. I’m fully embracing my checklist, template, and framework era and I’m so glad to have Supered at my fingertips.
