Step by step

Expect. Equip. Measure. Reinforce. Watch each step work.

01 · Expect Process Rules + Documentation

Capture the standard. Turn it into action.

Your sales process lives in playbooks, decks, and someone's head. Supered captures it once, then turns every rule into an action that fires inside the deal.

Process Document

Your sales process as a searchable knowledge base. Write the standard in plain English. Sections, stage gates, definitions. Reps find it. Managers update it. One source of truth.

Rule engine (MCP)

Describe what should happen. The rule engine turns the document into a deployable rule that fires on every deal that hits the trigger.

02 · Equip Real-time enablement

The cue lands where reps already work.

Real-time enablement. Help where you need it, when you need it. Sidekick is the Chrome extension that meets reps inside HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, or any cloud URL. Never takes them off the flow of work.

Process Rules in the CRM

Process Rules show up directly in HubSpot or Salesforce. The rule fires when the trigger hits. The rep sees exactly what to do, right where they're already working. No new tool, no new tab.

Curated daily list

Every open cue across every deal the rep owns, aggregated. Push play, run to zero.

Embedded content

Documents, videos, slides embedded into the flow of work. Surface inline at the moment of need, on the deal the rep already has open. No copy-paste from a portal nobody opens.

03 · Measure Process Compliance

See who's on path. See the trend before it's a problem.

The Process Board is full team visibility into process compliance. Slice it by region, by rep, by a single rule. Set any date range. Access it from anywhere, anytime.

Live compliance

By region, by rep, by rule. Real-time. No screenshots, no spreadsheets, no Monday-morning data pulls. Anyone with access can pull it up, from anywhere.

Trend over time

Set any date range. Watch the trend across weeks, months, quarters. Catch the drift before it's a missed quarter.

04 · Reinforce Change management + Coaching

When you see a gap, you have the tools to close it.

Push out new content. Run change management fast. Certify reps on a new product launch. Whatever the coaching gap is, the layer has the tools to close it, in the shape that fits the moment.

Guides

On-screen, step-by-step work instructions that show reps exactly where to click. Closes how-to gaps in the moment, without a doc to find or a manager to ask.

Updates

A pop-up on the rep's screen that announces a process change, a new piece of coaching, or a new assignment. Acknowledgment is tracked, so you know who's seen it and acted on it.

Action Plans

A structured, step-by-step sequence for onboarding a rep, learning a new process, or rolling out a new motion to a customer. Completion-tracked, manager-visible.

Questions on the mechanism.

What buyers ask about how the methodology runs and how it lands in the team.

How do we get started? What's the actual setup?+
Four relatively easy steps.

1. Connect your Supered instance to your CRM.
2. Install the Chrome extension.
3. Define your documentation and create your Process Rules in a working session. Our MCP can help here.
4. Validate, then go live with it to your reps. Simple.
Do reps have to learn a new platform or log in to anything?+
Reps primarily experience Supered through the Chrome extension. The intent is they log into Supered one time only, to install and authenticate the extension, and after that, it just works for them wherever they're doing their job. No second app to log into, ever again.
Where does Supered actually run? Which tools and surfaces?+
Supered runs on any cloud-based software, any web URL your reps work in. Embedded documentation and step-by-step Guides work on any platform. Gmail, Outlook, Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn, internal apps, doesn't matter. The Process Rules, Process Boards, and live Process Compliance reporting are HubSpot and Salesforce specific, because that's where the CRM data lives.
How long until reps are actually using it?+
Two to three weeks to live. Four to six weeks to 100% adoption. Once it's live, reps immediately drop to zero violations on the rules we ship in week one. The cue shows up on the record they already have open, so there is nothing for them to "learn."

The hardest part of implementation isn't reps, it's getting the rules right. We help with that. You get implementation support, self-guided tours, a training bundle, and starter Process Rules and help docs you can clone and edit. Low lift, all things considered.
We're on HubSpot or Salesforce. Do we have to migrate?+
No. We work inside the CRM you already use. You don't have to move data. You attach us, and Supered enhances whatever CRM you're running. No object replacement, no admin learning a new platform.
How do you measure compliance? Is this a dashboard or a real number?+
A real number, in real time. See compliance by rep, by rule, with trends over time, so you know exactly who's following the process and where to coach. Roll it up to the big picture and you can show the ROI of process adoption over time as your team runs the standard you set.
Which browsers does Supered work in? Chrome or Edge?+
Both. Supered's Sidekick is a Chrome-compatible extension, which means it runs in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge (Edge is built on Chromium, so it accepts Chrome Web Store extensions natively). Same install path, same behavior. If your team is on Edge for security or IT-policy reasons, you're covered.
